Whereas I have the personal skill set to perform much of the work within the project in a hands-on manner,  I also have experience working with teams of contract professionals in a collaborative approach to get projects completed on time and under budget.  My leadership and oversight are well communicated and documented within detailed notes on each project to allow maximum transparency, collaboration, and efficiency.  My proven track record of excellent communication, accountability, and follow up continues to be my career signature.
