Websites and eCommerce Projects:
Hosting of your website(s) is specifically excluded from your Production Agreement. Delivery of the completed website is subject to provision of the agreed materials on the part of you, the client, in a timely manner. Any delay in providing the needed written, photo, video materials etc. may slow down the delivery timeframe. We sure to notify our support staff should you encounter any problems with furnishing us with your materials.
Distinctive Multi Media will begin your project upon confirmation of your deposit payment being received by our staff. Be sure not to delay your deposit payment; as it may delay the delivery date of your project.
Final Balance is due and payable upon delivery of acceptable proofs of the individually designed web pages. Once the graphics, Image, and Design work is completed, scheduling for a face to face or teleconference consultation review of the pages will be scheduled. Reasonable attempts will be made to coordinate schedules with the contact listed in this Agreement and the Assigned Project Manager. If schedules cannot be coordinated, work on your project may be suspended pending final approval of the designed pages and final payment made in full before continuing your project.
It is expressly understood that your website will not be taken live until the designed site pages are approved, and final payment has been made. Should final payment be made by company or personal check, Distinctive Multi Media reserves the right to allow 10 business days for the check to clear the bank.
